Quel regret du départ de Gilou Servignat ! J'ai quand même voulu tester le repreneur Gaud. Plus de 2 semaines pour avoir un RV. Le technicien était fort peu cordial pour ne pas dire plus... Addition sâlée pour une chasse d'eau et le robinet d'arrivée d'eau 200€... Je passe mon chemin pour mes futurs demandes d'autant plus qu'il est indiqué dans leurs conditions générales de vente : toute intervention supérieure à 150€ TTC nécessitera au préalable un devis... et que je n'ai eu aucune indication à ce propos au moment de l'intervention...

How sad that Gilou Servignat has left! I still wanted to try the Gaud buyer. It took more than 2 weeks to get an appointment. The technician was very unfriendly, to say the least... A hefty bill for a toilet flush and the water inlet tap was €200... I'll pass on them for my future requests, especially since it is stated in their general terms and conditions of sale: any intervention exceeding €150 including tax will require a quote beforehand... and I had no indication of this at the time of the intervention...
